How to make tulips out of paper: a master class

Here's what you need.

  • color double-sided paper of landscape format;
  • green cardboard;
  • glue;
  • scissors;
  • Beautiful packaging cellophane and ribbon.

Color paper is desirable to take the average thickness. It’s easier to work with. Well? Let's start?

Step 1. Fold the sheet diagonally, aligning the opposite edges.

Step 2. Extra cut.

Step3. Fold the blank again in half.

Step 4. Expand the sheet and connect the adjacent corners so that the paper is folded inside.

Step 5. Fold ironed.

Step 6. Loose corners lift up to the center of the folded workpiece.

Step 7. Now turn it over to the other side and do the same.

Step 8. Corners bend down. It will be petals.

Step 9. Fold the workpiece so that all the corners are inside.

Step 10. The side edges of the future flower wrap to the middle.

Step 11. Insert one corner to another until it stops. It is advisable to smear it with glue before that so as not to crawl out

Step 12. You got a flat flower. There is a small hole at the bottom of the tulip.

Step 13. Take the edges of the flower and gently inflate it like a ball. Now the flower has become voluminous.

Step 14. On the same principle, make two more tulips (you can and more).

Step 15. Take the cardboard green. Draw three strips 2 cm wide. Draw three elongated leaves.

Step 16. Cut along the contour. If you have colored paper only on one side, then stick green paper on the other side so that the leaves of the tulips are completely green. Roll up the strips, glue the edges so as not to unfold.

Step 17. Glue the leaves to the chopsticks, bend them a little, giving an arbitrary shape.

Step 18. With a pencil, fold the edges of the petals slightly outward.

Step 19. Pack the tulips in cellophane and tie the bottom with a ribbon. You have a beautiful bouquet.
